1. Please find and sit in your assigned seat.

2. On your desk, you will find a 3X5 card. 

• Please take out a pen or pencil and write your first name (as you want to be called) and last name

• Also, please draw a picture or symbol that represents you.

Today I will:

• create a name card
• learn a little bit about Mrs. Serban, Mrs. Burton and my classmates
• learn about the Humanities program
• understand what is expected of me and what I can expect of my teacher
• understand the difference between honors and college prep
• play a game to get to know each other

1. Honors Students: Parent signature on honors explanations letter
